Staff was very nice and helpful, location is amazing right next to the big waterfall, it will rock you to sleep :) The pool on the top was a gem, not crowded, everything you need is there, you can lay down and read your book in peace after a swim, just relax! Special mention to the breakfast: never had such good food in a breakfast buffet, I literally loved it. Would surely like to come back again!

A solarium is available for a surcharge. Amazing place, well equiped, exceptional breakfast but the best thing on this hotel is the mountain loving staff. Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

Entire spa-area can be used on arrival day as of 15:00, departure day till 14:00 free of charge Everything was absolutely wonderful from the reception to the checkout. The room and the view were breathtaking, and the hotel’s location is right in the heart of nature. The restaurant was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing — everything was homemade. The hotel’s restaurant deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend it for relaxation and rejuvenation. I’m so happy I stayed here:)

A rich breakfast buffet with many regional products is served in the morning. In summer, guests can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the views of the Untersberg Mountain. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection, homemade pastries. Very nice wellness. Nice clean rooms. Everything was great.

The airport is a five-minute drive away. Wi-Fi and public parking? Free of charge, of course. Our rooms are relaxed, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Many even have a balcony with a view of the mountains – perfect for taking a deep breath. Everything! From the tasteful decor, to the various areas for relaxation and hydrotherapy and delicious food and experience we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more! The staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout the hotel ! We will return!
