We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

Everything was great. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent, the room spacious and fully equipped. The late check-out was really convenient. Safe parking just outside the hotel was also great.

The hotel is as perfect as it gets. The location was perfect as everything was close by including the airport (5 minutes away). The hotel itself was very clean and had amazing facilities provided. The customer service level was incredible, especially from Steffie, who had checked us in and gave a tour of the hotel. We spent a wonderful Christmas time in Salzburg. This beautiful boutique hotel was one of the best highlights of our trip. We booked two rooms and last minute we have to stay an extra night and they gratefully rebook us. From the front desk to the people at the restaurant were warm and friendly. I highly recommend the breakfast with savory and sweets selection. Caj, our server at breakfast was so warm and welcoming. We are very grateful and will definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Salzburg.
