The hotel is truly amazing – very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It is a smart hotel, so most communication with the staff is done online, but we had the chance to meet them during breakfast. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the housekeeping lady, who was exceptionally kind and took care of the room with the same attention as if she were cleaning her own home.

The hotel is perfect for a ski trip as it is conveniently located close to the lifts and had electronic lockers for storing ski equipment. There is a shop for renting equipment right across the street. You can conveniently buy ski passes at the hotel's reception. The staff is incredibly friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great ski vacation.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, with the standout feature being the customer-oriented staff. Petra, along with the entire team, was incredibly kind and attentive to all our needs, creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it's ideally situated just a few hundred meters from the slopes - perfect for skiing. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, and excellent dining truly enhanced our entire experience.

El mama thresl combina estilo urbano y alpino y está situado en Leogang, a 300 metros del teleférico de Asitzbahn. Excellent location, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you out whenever you want. Drinks and food were delicious. It’s just so comfy and you’ll love the tiny details of the place. We had a white Christmas as well!
