Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz.

Das Heimsitz also includes a sauna. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar. Place was clean and homey, close to the gondola and other attractions. Stuff was great, no complaints at all.

Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. Heidi, the hostess, is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

Location, amenities, the food - breakfast buffet was amazing- friendly staff, pool/sauna/ spa. Great place to hang out and relax. Scenery was spectacular

The chalets and suites all feature balconies or terraces, a vinotheque, satellite TV, CD and DVD players, a hi-fi system, bathrobes and slippers. DVDs are available for guests’ use free of charge. Everything The chalet was perfect for a family, it has everything you need. It was warm, comfortable and cosy. I liked the coffee machine and the Marshall Action III Bluetooth home speaker. The restaurant was authentic and the food was delicious and perfect. We liked that there were a set menu for dinner and not a buffet. Very convenient shuttle service to the cable car gondola.

Hotel is great, especially for families with children! You can rest and enjoy everything while kids are having great time! Breakfast was truely delicius! Location is also great, because you can in 3-5 min walking get to ski centre, shopping area and restaurants. Pool is amazing, as well as the kindergarden and teacher! So many options for children. Staff is really helpfull and kind and loveable!
