And the people are incredibly friendly, efficient, helpful, HAPPY, abundant, high-vibe, super loving !!! Situated in Brixen im Thale, the lift is only 40 meters from the accommodation. Skiweltbahn is 100 metres from Das Heimsitz.

Das Heimsitz also includes a sauna. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site bar. Classic apartment was perfect for 3 adults, appreciated separate toilet and separate bathroom and seating was spread out so all could lounge around. Ski storage area had good boot heating and plenty of space. Location couldn’t be better - caught ski bus from and to train station on arrival and departure, never been so close to a gondola station, ski hire and supermarket! Saved so much money by self catering breakfast and dinner.

Location, amenities, the food - breakfast buffet was amazing- friendly staff, pool/sauna/ spa. Great place to hang out and relax. Scenery was spectacular

It was just perfect, the room was huge and bath was well maintained a clean (!) , dinner and breakfast was really good (maybe one of the best i had).
