Helpful and welcoming staff, every time I asked about anything, I received service very quickly. The view is also adding points to this hotel - we enjoyed breakfast on the roof top with the city view.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. Facilities exceeded our expectations, our room was compact but cozy and had everything we needed, good coffee machine, a welcome fruit plate and chocolates, and a nice mini bar with (not so expensive) snacks. The spa was everything we needed after a long day of walking around, we booked a massage which was amazing! Breakfast options are enough and tasty (the hall is very beautiful spot). The roof bar had nice cocktails and good dinner options.
