In general, this is a very good hotel, new and clean, with wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Location is 400 m to Giggijoch Bahn, which is 5 mins by feet or one bus stop. Ski room is great. Our room has a large balcony. Breakfast was awesome. Spa facilities and outdoor swimming pool are mind blowing. We used spa every day of our stay :)

The Alpine-style rooms all feature a balcony, satellite TV, a seating area, and a bathroom. Our skiing was also great because of the accommodation in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, cleanliness in the premises and the room at a high level, very nice and helpful staff. We will definitely come back :)

In summer and in winter, this centrally located but quiet hotel is an ideal starting point for all activities in Wildschönau. The hotel features a large sauna and relax area, as well as a heated outdoor pool (open in summer), both of which are free to use for hotel guests. It offers comfortable rooms with balcony, an excellent restaurant, an elevator and plenty of parking. The welcoming attitude and genuine service.

An outdoor spa area, large lawn for sunbathing, saunas, beauty treatments, fitness centre, and the Alpen Arche Noah children's and family area provide ample opportunities for bathing and leisure activities. Absolutely delightful experience. Room was spacious, clean, and the mountain view was stunning beyond belief. Staff was very polite, helpful and speaks English. Pools area is huge and very well maintained. SPA was beautiful and relaxing, located on 2 floors (!), with bar and terrace and outdoor thermal pools and saunas and indoor pool and complimentary hot and cold drinks and herbal scrub in the showers and... and and and.... Again stunning views - we could sit on the terrace for hours. But the best about this hotel was restaurant. We had half-board - both breakfast and dinner was just LOADED. I don't remember this level of variety and freshness of food selection in any other hotel. Waiters were super nice, attentive and trying to make us feel as comfortable as possible, while not being obtrusive. Especially Natalia and Nikola went far and beyond to help us with our every request. What a lovely stay. We will definitely be coming back!

There is everything you need. We did bicycle trips in amazing mountains. When the weather was not OK we went to gym (the best equipment only), swimming pool and spa! It was so relaxing and just perfect. Breakfast and dinner - the best experience ever! Parking in garage is great even if hotel charges for it per night. Ski (bike) room is big and easy to access. The last day we have checked out in the morning and went for one more bike trip. We were allowed go to spa take a shower and get ready for way back. It is very nice benefit. Room and bathroom are comfortable.
