A wonderful impression from our stay at the hotel! Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is located in 4 historic palaces in the centre of Vienna and combines luxury with contemporary design. A 24-hour room service is available. Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host. The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is located in a quiet side street of Vienna's vibrant 4th district, only a 7-minute walk away from the State Opera, the Ringstraße Boulevard, and the Karlsplatz... Very centric location just an 8 min walk to the Opera and city center. Staff was nice and helpful. Little fitness and sauna area were also a nice addition.

The Park Hyatt Vienna is located in the city centre's Golden Quarter, in a former bank building dating back to the early 1900s and combines luxury with Viennese elegance. Facilities, service, location was perfect and excellent staff, specially Annia and the concierge team.
