One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quality is second to none and I would rate it in my favourite top 3 hotels I have ever experienced. Loved the balcony, the location is exceptional being close to so many important things that I could walk to. Many lovely restaurants and stores close by as well as important land marks. Staff exceptional and very helpful. Beautifully appointed I felt spoiled staying here. From the amazing bed to the excellent chocolates on arrival and the spacious bathroom I can't think of anywhere that I have felt more comfortable. The breakfast was also superb.

It still has the grandeur of the famous hotels of the past and the service is beyond 5 stars... And I must not forget to recommend the concierge brothers Johnny and Shedy for a promotion and a raise... :)

Combining exclusive design with modern Viennese art, this 4-star boutique hotel is located right on the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street and directly opposite the Museum Quarter. It was our second stay. It was perfect like the previous time. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location. And the breakfast (a la cart) was really good.

The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is located in a quiet side street of Vienna's vibrant 4th district, only a 7-minute walk away from the State Opera, the Ringstraße Boulevard, and the Karlsplatz... Excellent service, facilities and breakfast. Everything was excellent and a very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I would return to stay here.

Starting from the music from the entrance lobby and all the way through to the reception, the architecture and interior design is impeccable. The room is spacious, with mesmerizing details. The drinks and snacks bar left the biggest impression, but overall the room and bathroom are incredible. Room service polite and professional, and it streches onto the rest of the services provided. Absolute enjoyment. 10/10

Outstanding hotel - The Bank restaurant is superb, staff is extremely capable and hospitality is on the level above everything I have seen.

The 5 Star Superior Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna - newly renovated is located in the city center of Vienna and offers luxurious life style in a historic landmark building. The servise was very hight level everywhere,staff was very professional, kitchen and staff was super good. We spend very good time. We want to say big thank to staff and hotel.
