The location was excellent, close to public transport and in a very up market area. The room was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. Everything was new, and pristine. The gym and spa were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

Combining exclusive design with modern Viennese art, this 4-star boutique hotel is located right on the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street and directly opposite the Museum Quarter. Very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. The room was very quiet, we could not hear the other guests. The attention to detail in the room was superb, housekeeping kept the room spotless throughout our stay. Great breakfast too. Location is nice: close to the Museum Quartier and Spittelberg.

The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is located in a quiet side street of Vienna's vibrant 4th district, only a 7-minute walk away from the State Opera, the Ringstraße Boulevard, and the Karlsplatz... This is my fourth time with this property. Words fail to express my appreciation for the experience. Everything is perfect. Professionalism at its best. The location is ten minutes walk from all sites of interest, breakfast is superb, the room is spotless and comfortable and the premises are welcoming and accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. Value wise the best choice for an exceptional stay in Vienna . Highly recommended.
