The staff led us all the way. The room is new and clean which matters most to me.

They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Vienna and will definitely be returning in the future!

Hotel Sacher mang phong cách truyền thống tọa lạc ở trung tâm thành phố Vienna, nằm đối diện với nhà hát State Opera và ngay cạnh phố Kärntner Straße. Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️

The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is located in a quiet side street of Vienna's vibrant 4th district, only a 7-minute walk away from the State Opera, the Ringstraße Boulevard, and the Karlsplatz... This is my fourth time with this property. Words fail to express my appreciation for the experience. Everything is perfect. Professionalism at its best. The location is ten minutes walk from all sites of interest, breakfast is superb, the room is spotless and comfortable and the premises are welcoming and accommodating. The staff is friendly and helpful. Value wise the best choice for an exceptional stay in Vienna . Highly recommended.

Beautiful and stylishly decorated apartment. Super comfortable equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay. Klaus was very kind and responsive and prepared very detailed info for self check in which was very convenient. Subway station was very close, and its not that far from the city as it looks on the map. Will definitely be back when visiting Vienna in the future!

This was one of the best overall hotel experiences we have ever had in Vienna! The staff was so polite, the service was impecable! The rooms are highly equiped for a perfectly relaxing stay!
