The location was excellent, close to public transport and in a very up market area. The room was spacious and the bed was enormous and comfortable. Everything was new, and pristine. The gym and spa were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.

The traditional Hotel Kaiserhof Wien is located in a quiet side street of Vienna's vibrant 4th district, only a 7-minute walk away from the State Opera, the Ringstraße Boulevard, and the Karlsplatz... One of the best hotels that I have stayed in, really close to the city center and Karlsplatz metro station, also to the main tourist attractions from Vienna. The hotel has spacious, very clean, rooms and a great sauna to enjoy. The staff is really helpful and nice. We had breakfast included, with several options of food and drink, including champagne/ prosecco, which was a very nice touch for breakfast. Also, the hotel offers a wide range of useful products of self care and a nice minibar.
