Each apartment at the resort features a private balcony. Excellent customer service. Baggage storage felt safe if you need to arrive early before check-in for depart late after check out. Lovely that they had shuttles to the main beach every day departing at 9:30 AM and coming back every couple of hours until 4:30 PM. The Aldi was a quick four minute. Walk up the street. I had a French press and water kettle in my room so that was super convenient. Everything you need to cook a meal. The pool and hot tub or nice. The staff were helpful. Plenty of brochures to be able to choose from different excursions. The hotel restaurant was nice and the Thai food was good. Big tub and nice shower. Laundry worked great. Lovely balcony
