We stayed in the two bedroom residence and it was a very spacious apartment and has a great view of the ocean. The indoor pool and gym are great. Enjoyed high tea at Palm Court and the Tang Court was a great restaurant with good food and service !

The location is great , the restaurant in the hotel was very good. Theres an infinity pool looking on the city and also a rooftop place where u can eat breakfast od drink in the afternoon . Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Location was great for an easy walk to the beach and the view was fantastic. Vivienne was a great hostess and the little touches in the room made it a great stay. Very comfortable bed.
