Beautiful, well equipped, not crowded , very comfortable for any type of group travelling, we were there with our 4yo and it was very pleasant The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with caviars and etc local specialties, as well as good coffee. The lounge restaurant open 24hr is the best as they cook you whatever from the menu very fast, you can choose the seat at the table or sofa, the service is impeccable, even when my daughter fell asleep before the soup arrived, she kept sleeping on the sofa for 2hrs and then served a soup😂😂

İncredibly polite and helpfull at reception Nezrin and Siraj. Also visited the bar of the hotel, Muraz made a special cocktail for me and I guessed what he put in it. That was a lot of fun. They also sent me complimentary fruits and wine to the room. Called taxi for me even in early morning to catch my flight they gave me a wake up call. İ stayed at a hotel that was double the price of this one and I can confidently say this hotel was much better. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit of Baku.

We booked the hotel for 4 nights and were planning to move to another hotel in Baku, a direct competitor. But after just 1 night we abandoned the plan and decided to stay 6 more days at Four Seasons Baku. It’s that good. The hotel is excellent. The service is obsessively personalized. You don’t even have to ask — sometimes you don’t even think or know what you need — but they do, and they deliver. Breakfasts are not just good, they are amazing. Almost too good. We tried many local foods and combinations. When I needed a professional medical massage for pain relief, they found a specialist with the right experience. Whatever we needed or wanted, it seemed like the words “no” and “sorry” simply weren’t in the FS Baku team’s vocabulary. The Zafferano restaurant is quite pricey, but that’s more of a feature than a problem: a single dish costs more than a full dinner in the city, but you get calm, privacy, and a personal approach. You understand exactly what you’re paying for. A lot can be said, but in the end the only real way to understand it is to experience it yourself: Four Seasons is the place to stay in Baku if you want a smooth, seamless, extra-comfortable trip.
