Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways. Excellent service, facilities and location. I accompanied 3 doctors from Sound Africa and they all enjoyed tge hotel and its facilities.

The hotel is situated in Gent, only 500 metres from the historical city centre. Amazing hotel with all the facilities and amenities one could want. City center was about a 5-7 minute walk. Rooms were impeccably clean and spacious and hotel staff were kind and helpful. We would whole heartedly stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and soft bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding.
