Boasting an indoor and outdoor pool with mineral water and hydromassage jets, Hot Springs Medical and SPA is located in Banya, 5 km from Bansko. Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. Not my first nor my last time here. The SPA is great, and the 15 min 90-degree sauna + the 10 min Igloo combo is my favorite! The facilities are clear and functional. Outside pool with warm water overlooking the snowy mountains is one of my favorite spots as well! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the bar has all you need in terms of drinks! I recommend!

Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. hotel facilities, spa is warm, big enough and clean great yard and nature in the yard. perfect for children when the weather is sunny . also for leasure, there are hammocks... amazing the staff is very polite hotel lobby is very cozy there is also a salty room , which is very nice

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. The Hotel have a great location. The polls and spa center were great. Breakfast is excelent.

Set in Bansko, less than 1 km from Holy Virgin Church, Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a garden, as well as an indoor pool and a sauna. A terrace, an in-house bar and shared lounge are available. The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. We liked the pool and the pool bar very much (you could order drinks in the water). The staff were very friendly and considerate. The breakfast was also very good. We will come back.

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.
