Making sure all guests are taken care of and all requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - including the sales/reservation representative. Clean facility, food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. The SPA was clean and very up to date!

I enjoyed that they prepared the bed for my 8 years kid separately from the double bed for us. Comfy beds and pillows!

The property is a perfect starting point both for ski lovers and those wanting to explore the historical old town of Bansko. The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.
