A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four (two adults and two children), and we absolutely loved it. This is truly one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel is located on an elevated spot, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, mountains, and forests. It’s also just a 15-minute drive from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes, which was perfect for our hiking plans. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and the service during our stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfasts, which were included in the price, were standard but fitting for this type of hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to the area! Just for information (not as negatives): • There is no air conditioning. • The mattresses are on the softer side. • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

The pool was very warm and fantastic place to chill and relax and I highly recommend the salt room. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kustendil.

Friendly girl at breakfast who makes high quality coffee. The Spa is really the best. We were alone in Spa 9-10h. 40 degree swimming pool outside.

All was very clean. The host was amazingly kind and available for every request we had. The house is 20 min drive from a nice city with restaurants, supermatkets and shops.. The atmosphere is peaceful and natur is wonderful. Mosr recomended to family or group of friends.
