The staff was very helpful with all our issues. Overall, a small and very well maintained hotel. Highly recommend!

The facilities were second to none. Staff were kind and polite, always happy to help. Our room was upgraded as a good will gesture. If we need to stay in Plovdiv again I'd choose this hotel in a heart beat.

My favorite place in Bulgaria, the staff is exceptionally friendly, the wine is amazing and the food is delicious. The facilities are well kept, the property is tastefully decorated in a traditional Bulgarian style with modern amenities. The spa treatments were excellent. My happy place in Bulgaria!

Great variety of pools and activities for the kids. Modern rooms. Breakfast and dinner were great especially when you can enjoy them in piece after dropping kids at play room.

Special thanks to Damitarov and the bar tender and 2 other guys from the reception, and the girl also that worked night shifts.
