"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Freshly renovated rooms, with everything you need. Food was nice and you had many choices. Gondola was very close. It was quiet at night, you could maybe hear other people walking in the corridors, but that was ok.

Comfortable beds. Free parking. Excellent location. The food in the restaurant was tasty and at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive.

Gabriela and Mario were very nice to everyone, always there to help. The Hotel Boutique is looking awesome, from the style and the furniture to the plates. Clearly, it was a great investment. The food is fresh and delicious, the deserts, especially the cake made with yogurt, honey, nuts, and blueberries!!! 🤩🤩🤩 the ladies from cleaning did their job very well. I totally recommend this hotel boutique, very cozy, clean, beautiful and the food very tasty.

The property was clean, very modern, very comfortable and much larger than the pictures show. The apartment had everything you could possibly need even having USB and English plug sockets. Couldn’t recommend this property more. The sofa bed was made up as a bed for my son and was very comfortable and is a double. Being able to keep our ski equipment in the entrance hall area to the apartment even with a heated floor made getting ready in the mornings a breeze.
