The spa and the pools, the ebtire facilities including those for the kids. The comfort of the hotel which is elegant, classic, the view from the terrace and from the main pool is beautiful. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty, the second time here, we wish to come back and we recommend it further.

Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable – we slept great. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options. The spa area was modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely love to come back again!
