Clean and well maintained place. The two pools and spa were great. There weren't many guests so we had them for ourselves most of the time. It's far from the city so it's really quiet.

The staff everywhere was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The hotel has a private parking lot, free of charge. Complimentary bottle of water and cookies in the room. It feels like we are living in the forest and it is so peaceful. The hotel is very well decorated, small but elegant. And the price is so resonable. Not to mention the simple breakfast is so delicious. We like the milk and sausage. We'd love to come back if possible.

This hotel is better than the Hilton in Sofia! The rooms were absolutely perfect & so was the balcony & furniture there. I would not change a thing about the room except to put an additional electric plug next to both sides of the bed.
