I book the rooms for my family, so I was not with them, but they all loved the place. The food was very good, a lot of diversity, the pool was great for the kids and the beach is closed by + they have a shuttle for it. It was my niece´s birthday and I wrote them a message on Booking. They was very nice and sent a complimentary cake for her. She was speechless!

We visited Golden Sands for the first time a few years ago, staying at another hotel, and that was when we first discovered the beauty of this Bulgarian resort. This year we were happy to return, and we chose Hotel Astoria. Why did we decide on Astoria? Both my wife and I work in the hotel industry in one of the northern capitals of Europe, so we approached the choice from a professional point of view. We carefully read the reviews on Booking.com, looked at the overall rating (which was high), and considered the location — close to the sea and the central points of the town. And we were not mistaken! From the moment we arrived, we evaluated the housekeeping with a professional eye, and it was excellent. At check-in, we faced a small difficulty, which sometimes happens, but the reception team, especially Elena and manager Katrin, resolved it quickly and professionally. This not only did not spoil our mood but actually lifted it and left us with admiration. Well done! The food and entertainment were also on a high level. We are certain we will come back again. Astor Garden Hotel is a 4-minute walk from Aquahouse Thermal & Beach. The location is great and close to the beach as well as Aquahouse spa with access included in the room. The room was spacious and clean with sea and pool view, and it was cleaned daily.

Loved the entire design (inside and outside), very welcoming and lovely. The apartment was new and beautiful. It felt like we were at a resort in California, USA. The beach and other resorts are very close, as well as several restaurants. It's within walking distance of the main street and other interesting sightseeing locations.

The location is a bit remote, but accessible by car. Once you arrive, you are surrounded by nature, quiet, hospitality and breath taking views. The owners are amazing, they do everything to ensure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are sparkling clean, everything is brand new and well organized. We got a room view amazing view. Food was very tasty, the breakfast was amazing. Every vegetable is taken from the garden, they put a lot of effort into cooking with locally harvested products.

The accommodation offers an à la carte or continental breakfast. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect with. The air-conditioning worked well and cooled down quicky. The included breakfast was great!

This apartment provides accommodation with a balcony. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. It’s a fantastic little studio - very clean and comfortable, with everything that we could possibly need. It’s in a very modern, secure and well maintained building , with excellent facilities. The location is very good to, 5 min walk from the beach and some lovely restaurants, and Varna city centre is 15 min away by taxi. The host was extremely professional and friendly too - provided us with all necessary information and more, and the communication with him was easy and straightforward.
