It's a hostel and Pousada. With well equipped kitchen and a nice common area. It's nice and quiet. The garden is so beautiful, you can see tucan, colibrí and aras!! The owners of the place provide very good information on hikes and are just lovely! The location is good, close to a good bakery and the main street. Maybe 15 min walking from the bus terminal. I stayed in the shared room. All the beds have curtains. Bathroom with a good hot shower. I would for sure stay there again.

Located just 500 metres from Alto Paraiso de Goiás’ centre, Pousada Recanto da Grande Paz features a spa offering massages and holistic therapies and an outdoor pool. WiFi and parking are free. Really nice place, but the rooms are much smaller than they look in the pictures, and the internet barely works. There was also unbearable sewage smell coming from the toilet for three nights. Staff is very friendly and helpful, though.

I would recommend this place without thinking twice to anyone who wants to recharge and be connected to nature.

Incredibly simple check-in process with easy-to-understand instructions and a video, which helped a great deal. The Vila Cerrado was quiet, private, secluded, and yet just a few minute walk from the main streets of Alto Paraiso. The beds were comfortable, the welcome drinks/spreads were delicious, and the space was very comfortable, inviting, and relaxing. Really loved the separate spaces for yoga, massage, and a little campfire area, although we didn't use any of these. The breakfast was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the rates were very reasonable. I will highly recommend Vila Cerrado to any friends or couples who want to visit Alto Paraiso!

Very nice and cozy accommodation, with big and clean rooms. There is a nice area to chill, a swimming pool, and a sauna. Breakfast and dinner are abundant and very delicious, with freshly baked cake and natural juice for breakfast. Jaime (the host) is great, very welcoming, attentive to your needs and very very kind. He is also very knowledgeable about the hikes in the area. There is also the option to get a massage, my partner and I both took it and really liked it. Overall, we highly reccommend this accommodation as it is everything you want.
