They set up our taxi from the airport to the water taxi. They set et up our golf cart delivery at the water taxi and were escorted to the property. This made our arrival seemless!

We were given a tour of the home, amenities and were told to call anytime if we needed anything.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The pick-up by boat from the ferry, the warm welcome and welcome drinks, the beauty of the resort, and the lovely cabin. The beds were so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the food at the restaurant was just amazing. We also liked the fact that they offer free transfers to Caye Caulker and Secret Beach a few times a week. But the best thing was probably the staff. The whole team was incredibly friendly and warm, and they did everything they could to make our stay even more comfortable. We loved the small little details like the cookies we'd find in our room at bedtime. Definitely recommend this place!

At the hotel guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. Contact with the host was quick and efficient. Location was wonderful. Excellent for our purposes. While we would have liked to explore more, the weather kept us in which was made more pleasant at this location

The price also includes other services such as the Meet and Greet Service and a welcome tropical drink upon arrival. We liked it all!!! Beautiful resort with an exceptional staff. We've traveled a lot and I don't think I remember anyplace providing such personal and warm welcome-to-departure service. Food great also! Thank you!!

Guests also enjoy an on-site spa and daily housekeeping. Rates included transportation services to/from the airport. Philip SW Goldson International Airport is about a 30 minutes' by boat and the mainland is about 30 minutes drive. The staff at Shaka Caye is marvelous - couldn't have! They all worked really hard to make our visit a comfortable and memorable experience and they succeeded big time. Chef Jose prepared the most delicious meals we have tasted in a long time (see pictures), and the food was served in the most professional way by Michael and Percy. Two choices for breakfast, two for lunch and two for dinner (plus starter and desert) every day. Fresh fish and lobster, loads of vegetables, but also chicken and beef. New menu daily plus a snack delivered to our room. Obi the barkeeper made excellent tropical drinks from an extensive menu. The friendly ladies, Glanda, Veronica and Daisy, in the office were super helpful and did every kinds of arrangements for us from snorkling trip, transport to the airport and mailing postcards. The cabanas are beautiful in a "caribbean" style. Loads of thick towels, very comfortable bed and great bathroom with enough hot water. Minibar filled up for free every day. All the cabanas and the studio rooms are located at the water front, and there are more than enough sun beds and you can have as much privacy as you like. No creepy insects on the island. All the outdoor and indoor facilities are clean. Sargassum is a problem all over the caribbean, but Shaka Caye staff cleaned the beach every day so it was pristine and attractive. W love Shaka Caye and the employees, and will come back again.
