Great location at the top of the hill and right beside Cahal Pech. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.

Bar/ restaurant was very good! We didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we’d liked since it was raining and we had to leave early but everything that we did see was just as perfect as the pictures online show

Each air-conditioned room and cottage at the Maya Mountain Lodge features colourful, functional décor and a bathroom with a shower and towels. Each room has its own kitchen. The location, close to the border with Guatemala, and in the forest, away from the hustle and bustle from San Ignacio town. The cabin was huge, clean and a well equipped kitchen. The porch was fantastic. Hearing the plethora of birds singing early in the morning. Being surrounded by the amazing flora, and the number od butterflies all over the place. Being entertained by a snake hunting gekos the last night we were there. Tge staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, with an incedible knowledge of the flora and fauna around us.
