We loved the surroundings and staff. Rooms are a little older, but very clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice and well maintained. River tubing was fun, but a little hike to get to the entry and exit. We rented a car and drove from Belize City. Was easy to find, but road to the lodge was a bit rough and steep. Missed my AWD/4X4 on the last 2 miles. Meals there were excellent. We did not do the all inclusive. Overall it felt like a land based cruise where our family could do individual things during the day and we could meet up for meals and time at the pool easily.

One of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed in the entire world. We loved the property and all of the amenities were incredible! Free kayaks and bicycles and hiking trails to lookouts and hanging bridges. The list goes on and on, it was my wife’s favorite hotel that she’s ever stayed in and that says a lot because we travel more than 50% of the year.

Just a 5-minute drive from the Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins, San Ignacio Resort Hotel offers an outdoor pool, an spa and fantastic jungle views. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is based on site. Very nice and charming hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Both bar and restaurant are very good. The bed was really comfortable, which is important to me. The location is awesome, really strategic for trips to Xunantunich, Caracol, and the Green Hills Butterfly Reserve, all of which I would highly recommend visiting while there. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is right on site, likewise highly recommended.

The place is amazing, really beautiful, clean, new and peaceful ... The staff was great, thoughtful and worried about every single detail. Amazing place for vacations !!!! The staff were wonderful and the grounds were stunning. Our room was also beautiful. We loved the on-site activities including the stables, butterfly sanctuary and canoes.

Set in beautiful gardens, Ka'ana Resort & Spa features a spa, an infinity pool and charming rooms with terraces. The staff was excellent. Very attentive in trying to address any need that I had.

Surrounded by tropical gardens, Maya Mountain Lodge & Tours offers an outdoor pool, and bright accommodation with free Wi-Fi and wonderful garden views. San Ignacio town is 2.5 km away. The location, close to the border with Guatemala, and in the forest, away from the hustle and bustle from San Ignacio town. The cabin was huge, clean and a well equipped kitchen. The porch was fantastic. Hearing the plethora of birds singing early in the morning. Being surrounded by the amazing flora, and the number od butterflies all over the place. Being entertained by a snake hunting gekos the last night we were there. Tge staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, with an incedible knowledge of the flora and fauna around us.
