Everything was amazing from the beginning to the end. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lodge is detailed in every way making the stay the ultimate experience. This hotel is very special and is an absolute destination for couples, families, and even singles who want to enjoy. The food at all the restaurants is superb. I will definitely be visiting again. I want to visit every Coppola hotel.

Very nice and charming hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Both bar and restaurant are very good. The bed was really comfortable, which is important to me. The location is awesome, really strategic for trips to Xunantunich, Caracol, and the Green Hills Butterfly Reserve, all of which I would highly recommend visiting while there. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is right on site, likewise highly recommended.

A true gem, within the rough.. true natural jungle experience with first class facilities, food and staff.. I have no complaints.. and I will return even if just for a relaxing day around the pool and some 5 star food. My special mention to Norma the chef, Rob the bartender and Glad GM. Well done folks.. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, very clean and spacious apartment with little touches such as fresh flowers, beautiful gardens with wildlife, nice pool to relax in at the end of the day. We ate at the on site restaurant and enjoyed a good local meal.
