Jaguar Reef Lodge & Spa is located right on Belize’s beautiful coral reef in Hopkins. It offers quick beach access, plus 2 outdoor swimming pools and an on-site restaurant. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Hotel and grounds were meticulously clean. The food at the restaurant was wonderful (particularly the breakfasts!). Great location in near a very cute town with extremely friendly local residents and near a dive shop. Loved the over-the-water ceviche restaurant!

The hotel has a private beach area in the Hopkins Bay Beach and it is 3 km away from the town centre. It features free Wi-Fi, an extensive garden and a furnished terrace with 2 swimming pools. I liked all the little details in the room from the welcome to the flowers and to the way everything was made was great. I also like the games around the pool area.

Best hotel in Belize! Wonderful brand new property, luxurious in every single detail and perfectly located on a pristine beach. We stayed at one of their ocean front villas and it was heavenly! Huge bedroom and huge bathroom, beautiful balcony with view of the ocean, private pool on the beach right in front of the sea. Kayak, paddle boards and bikes at our disposal. Lush! Decor is impeccable and mattress and pillow super comfortable. Staff and service are what you’d expect from a 5 stars hotel and more! They also rent golf buggies and can help you book any kind of tour. Restaurant is also upscale with a fantastic view of the ocean and food is delicious. We are so happy to have found this gem. We would only come here when back in Belize 🩷

We could not have wished for a better final accommodation after 3 weeks of Central America. Olivia and Fabio are just incredible hosts! You can really feel the love and passion they put into their beautiful resort, always caring about the nature around. At the area you find still the original trees and plants and you might see one or the other beautiful bird flying around. Olivia was basically always available to provide us with helpful information, before the journey via WhatsApp and also during the stay. It is noticeable important to her that you have a great time :). We enjoyed twice great Italian cappuccino for breakfast and beside that loved to cook in the small kitchen included in the rooms. The small cabins are really cozy and provide everything you need. The beach is just ahead of the street. During our stay we were actually always alone there and it feels a bit like paradise. We can highly recommend a stay at their resort and hope that we also might make it one time back (also to enjoy the great pool which is about to be finished :))

The breakfast was made to order every morning and very tasty. We had two early morning excursions and they brought breakfast to our room early before we left.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Naïa Resort and Spa offers accommodation in Placencia Village. Beautiful room, very well equipped. Loved the kitchenette, large bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower. Great service with sun beds on beach in front of your beach suite. Sun cushions put out every day for you. Nice pool but sea is calm and warm. Great shuttle service into Placencia or local restaurants Loved the space, privacy and peacefulness of the beach suites.

Very comfortable beds, the location is gorgeous, and they even rake the surrounding beach so it's safe and comfortable to walk on.

With a restaurant and a pristine beach area, Thatch Caye Resort is located on a private island in Dangriga. This incredible resort offers guests on-site dive facilities and kayaks to explore the area.... This place really exceeded expectations. The location was fantastic. Food was excellent. The best thing was the staff. They were absolutely the best. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I encountered.

Nestled along the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize, Laru Beya Resort offers a serene escape near Seine Bight, a Garifuna village. Nelsey and Jordy in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were simply wonderful as was the food, views and overall stay.
