I lost my crown and she found it back twice .. my leather jacked was left behind.. and returned etctetc..in general very nice staff, location, atmosphere..

We got good help with every question about renting a car or a bike (which is for free at the hotel) and also getting some tea water for our bottles for the day. The Receptionists were very friendly, especially Nada who was working with us every day of our stay. We got complementary water, tea and coffee pots every day.

Location was great with easy access to Vancouver city & good variety of shops close by. House was well equipped and comfortable. Hosts were great
