Barb and staff at the front desk made our stay exceptional and Elizabeth went out of her way in helping organize our 50th wedding anniversary celebration as we were far from our home in Australia. Situated on the shores of Bras d’Or Lake on Cape Breton Island, this resort offers a waterfront boardwalk. The rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi. The pub/restaurant was fabulous ....the food was awesome and service was great. All were very welcoming. The resort was having a dinner/dance which required tickets and they were sold out so I sent a email asking if we could go on a cancellation list. They followed up and we were able to attend the wonderful event. Now that is caring efficient service. Thank you Thank you.
