The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. The nearest airport is John C.... Impeccable service from the valet to the coffee shop, it was all excellent. We had travelled from the UK to stay here and it did not disappoint. Close to the airport - was exhausted - flew in from Tokyo to Toronto - AC messed up all flights due to delays - got to Ottawa at 1:40AM - then discover AC lost my baggage - therefore was at the airport until about 03:00 so it was great to easily get to the hotel (via taxi) to a very nice room - and later a great breakfast

This was our favourite place we stayed on our road trip! The suite was amazing and we loved that snacks and Netflix were provided. My daughter stayed downstairs on a sofa bed where there was a TV and the adults had their own separate area and TV upstairs. Cooking facilities were great, there was a fridge/freezer, hob, toaster oven and microwave. Everything we needed :) And it was a 2 minute walk away from a supermarket.

A real anti-dote to modern day living - just arrive, unpack and chill!!
