This is now my go-to hotel for whenever business or leisure travel takes me through this part of the world. Fabulously friendly and attentive staff, a super cafe (popular with locals as well as guests: you're going to need to book if you want to have Sunday brunch there...), and very comfy beds with the most comfortable pillows I've ever slept on in a Swiss or German hotel. HIGHLY recommended and worth the price.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel is located in Basel, 200 metres from Kunstmuseum Basel. Comfortable room and bed, good continental breakfast. I liked that they have a water, coffee and fruit station which you can access anytime you want. The team is polite and eager to help, check-in and check-out processes were very smooth.

Enjoying a quiet location in the heart of Basel, the Radisson Blu Basel Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and features a great indoor pool. Nice staffs who could help us for everything include the very comfort and connecting rooms. We ask for late check out on my last day and the staff could help us for 1 room complimentary. This is more than my expectations.
