A personalised welcome note, chocolates, wine and beer greet you upon arrival. The hosts constantly checked if we needed anything and were quick to respond to all our requests. Las instalaciones me parecieron excelentes y el personal súper amable. Vistas increíbles, a Thunersee, y a Jungfrau, Mönsch, Eiger 😍 Y obvio poder disfrutar de jacuzzi, sauna y hotpot en la habitación es increíble, por fin pude relajarme con mi hija de 3 años!

We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Really nice hotel, very nicely situated staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parking spot available, everything you want and need. Incredible view.
