The Arc-en-ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre. This was a really great hotel for children, the facilities were brilliant and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We loved the room, the view was amazing. It was also easy distance to walk into Gstaad. Highly recommend.

While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. Location was incredible - how often do you get to stay in an actual castle! Clean hotel with charming attentive staff. Lovely spa and delicious Breakfast with a view.

Everything, from check in until check out. Eva had checked us in prior to our arrival and it was the smoothest/ fastest check in ever. Got out of the car and straight into our upgraded suite. The rooms were simple and elegant, balcony view was awesome

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. This hotel is situated away from other hotels so a little walk down hill but wow it was worth it! The hotel is amazing and the views too. The staff was amazing too. The spa was complimentary. Nothing to fault if you're staying in Grindlewald this is worth the price tag.
