Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The room was very warm and cozy. Overall experience was amazing. The view and the scenery opposite the balcony was something I will never forget. The staff of the hotel were very kind and extremely helpful.

Best location and great services. What stands out is the availability of services. Everything is thought of. From the parking ticket, the pass for the gondolas, the bus ticket etc…. Breakfast was a highlight! Loved the spread of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, and omelette station. We enjoyed the spa one evening. We loved the location. Made it easy to get to other towns and was less touristy than Lauterbrunnen.
