Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

The location is fantastic at the Flims ski lift, newly built modern and clean, great and convenient ski storage, comfortable bed, full equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and helpful, always available for questions. We loved our stay.

We quickly felt at home in Stefania's appartment, we had everything we needed and slept like babies. :) All the more with the convenience of a hotel, the shuttle to the Laax Talstation, the ski cellar, the wellness/sauna area. The restaurant downstairs "s’nani" was very good (and a bit pricey), and in case we needed, the coop pronto across the street. We had all very clear instructions for self check-in&out from Stefania and great communication, although technically we did return the keys a bit late 😅

Property was great - perfect location for the ski lift and the shops. Great communication from the host and easy to collect keys. Boot room was great - heated warmers for boots, gloves and helmets. The apartment itself was warm and comfortable and well appointed. Will come back again!

There was a slight issue with cleanup of the room upon arrival. But the host was extremely responsive and solved the situation within an hour. She also refunded us part of the cleaning fee for our trouble. Over all, it was very positive. Mistakes can happen. The host took responsibility and fixed everything. We would come back again.

The appartement is beatiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Superclean. In a quiet and private corner. You can only hear a rill. 2 minutes to the ski lifts and mall (supermarket, cinema, shops, pharmacy...). I can only recommend it. We had an incidence upon arrival and the owner reacted immediately and solved it. She was reachable and helpful during our stay, and even before, as she very kindly helped us finding a solution for our luggage on the arrival day. We had also some nice surprise by checkin. It was a very pleasant stay

Apartment is very close to the lift (<100m). Coop is in the mall next door (<100m). Apartment is very nice. Owner allowed us to check out late, which was very much appreciated. There was also a nice "welcome basket" with a bottle of wine, spaghetti and sauce (in case you arrive after stores close)
