The hotel offers a beautiful setting, excellent amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention to Fabien, who was particularly attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during my stay. His professionalism and warm service added to the overall experience. Overall, La Réserve Geneva is a fantastic place to unwind, with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The best thing about this hotel is staff. The girl at the reception was very kind and upgraded my room. They also allowed late check out. I will definitely recommend this hotel just for the hospitality of the staff if nothing else. The hotel is very close to the city center as well.
