Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

In a quiet street in the heart of Geneva’s Bohemian quarter near the Grand Theatre, the Tiffany Hotel featuring a wellness area and a library, is only a short walk from Lake Geneva . Amazing location! We booked a family room for 3 people with kitchenette, big terrace and bath and shower. Clean rooms with AC. Also there is sauna in the hotel! Highly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. Rooms and common areas very comfortable and friendly and responsive staff.
