The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms are all individually decorated and feature rustic farmhouse furniture. Meet other guests in the friendly lounge or enjoy the outstanding view from the panoramic restaurant with its sunny terrace. The location was perfect for us. Really close to the bus stop and Interlaken. Our hosts were amazing and made our stay very special. The breakfast was great, we particularly enjoyed the fresh bread and the delicious cheese! A rather nice touch was the little bag outside our room which had a different treat in it each day! Also our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and recommended beautiful places to visit and things to do, such as the mountain party! Thanks to Dani we were able to take the car train from Kandersteg in order to cross into the Valais region! We will definitely go back and stay there! Eric the cat and Heidi the dog were gorgeous!

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. This place was beautiful! Me and my 2 friends had a wonderful stay. The dinner each night was exceptional!

Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment is super-comfortable, clean and quiet; it exceeded our expectation. We liked everything. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. There is Nespresso coffee machine and the pods are provided. The dishwasher pods are also provided in sufficient quantities. The apartment is very spacious and provides many cupboards, wardrobes and other cabinets, which is useful. Parking is just across the corridor. It was very convenient as we did not have to carry all our luggage from and to the car. It is included in the price. The host is very helpful, the communication was perfect. The apartment is in Dorint hotel and all hotel facilities are available at no extra cost. There is indoor pool, hammam and sauna next door. There is also mini-golf right next to the apartment. All the necessary equipment is provided in one of the cupboards. Beatenberg is a slightly isolated village but, still, there is a small bakery and supermarket, accessible by bus in 5 min, so one can get all one needs. There is also a funicular heading directly to the lake. Check-in and check-out is super-easy as the keys are simply left at the hotel reception. The receptionists were very nice, attentive and friendly.
