The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms are all individually decorated and feature rustic farmhouse furniture. Meet other guests in the friendly lounge or enjoy the outstanding view from the panoramic restaurant with its sunny terrace. The location was perfect for us. Really close to the bus stop and Interlaken. Our hosts were amazing and made our stay very special. The breakfast was great, we particularly enjoyed the fresh bread and the delicious cheese! A rather nice touch was the little bag outside our room which had a different treat in it each day! Also our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and recommended beautiful places to visit and things to do, such as the mountain party! Thanks to Dani we were able to take the car train from Kandersteg in order to cross into the Valais region! We will definitely go back and stay there! Eric the cat and Heidi the dog were gorgeous!

It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. This place was beautiful! Me and my 2 friends had a wonderful stay. The dinner each night was exceptional!

Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.

Beautiful, well stocked penthouse with a wonderful view of the hills….much more nicer than the photos. my family loved the stay and wanted to stay longer….and a great host - she was looking at the details to make us comfortable during are stay and very flexible with our needs. The view is just wow, the best view we saw through all the vacation. The hotel is really nice and the pool and sauna makes it just perfect. The best choice we had.
