The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

Location was incredible - how often do you get to stay in an actual castle! Clean hotel with charming attentive staff. Lovely spa and delicious Breakfast with a view.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The location was perfect for us. Really close to the bus stop and Interlaken. Our hosts were amazing and made our stay very special. The breakfast was great, we particularly enjoyed the fresh bread and the delicious cheese! A rather nice touch was the little bag outside our room which had a different treat in it each day! Also our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and recommended beautiful places to visit and things to do, such as the mountain party! Thanks to Dani we were able to take the car train from Kandersteg in order to cross into the Valais region! We will definitely go back and stay there! Eric the cat and Heidi the dog were gorgeous!

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. This place was beautiful! Me and my 2 friends had a wonderful stay. The dinner each night was exceptional!

Enjoy the view of the most beautiful bay in Europe and the mountains of the Jungfrau region during your stay at Eden Spiez. The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️

Everything about this apartment was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.
