I took the panoramic delux room , with a bathtub with the view to the mountains , my stay was absolutely amazing , the staff were very helpful , and kind , the hotel is so clean, the spa was for us for an entire hour , that’s amazing . I would absolutely come back to this hotel boutique 🇨🇭

The charming chalet-style Fassbind hotel is quietly situated in Beatenberg high above Lake Thun facing the imposing Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau mountains. The hosts, Dani, Linda and Heidi are just absolutely phenomenal! We arrived as guests and left as friends. They go the extra mile in everything they do! The rooms were perfect and the location and view is priceless! The hot-tub overlooking the mountains and lake is out of this world….We have never seen anything this beautiful.

The chalet is extremely neat and tidy, and such an amazing view of the valley. Me and my family had plenty of space and really enjoyed the facilities. The place is in a great location and quiet and peaceful - wish we can stay more!

Well organised cosy and comfortable apartment in the middle of peacefull neighborhood. Having access to the both indoor-outdoor salty pools and spa was a great opportunity. Chilling in outdoor pool during the heavy rain was an extreme experience for us. Della was very friendly. Our 9 months-old daughter even stopped being fussy whenever she came home. ☺️
