All our needs were met! The staff is incredible, they really do go above and beyond for you. The lake view room was amazing. The facilities were great, we loved the spa area and pools. It’s incredible classic hotel with stunning view. All the staff are very nice and welcoming. Amazing pool and comfortable sun beds. Live music and very romantic dinner area. Perfect location, it’s very close to Lugano and in the same time is very calm and relaxing. Thanks to Jasmin that grows near the pool, the smell was so good! Perfect place to relax in summer and winter!
