This 3-star hotel offers a ski pass sales point, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and hammam, as well as a bar. We had a fantastic stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast really tasty and bed comfortable. Having the possibility to go to the SPA and afterwards sit on the balcony and enjoy the view, was relaxing! The rooms are soundproof, so we were not disturbed by any noise. As well, not to forget about the free underground packing! We will definitely book this hotel again for our future trip.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Excellent hotel, spacious nicely decorated room with fantasic view to the Apls. The bed were super comfortable, had a L shaped large balcony with a panoramic mindblowing view of the swiss alps. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was coordial, offered me a mobile charge adapter. The staff at the restaurant was polite and attentive.

All rooms in the ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa have a balcony with mountain views and the south-facing rooms offer Matterhorn views. They all come with a kitchenette. Breakfast is served every morning.

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Its an amazing hotel, has everithing that the couples and travelers wanted and go beyond the expectations. Congrats to the hotel service team.

It was really great to stay there.

The way the hotel accommodated the dog and provided all the necessities.
