The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. El hotel en sí es espectacular. Las vistas te dejan boquiabierto y las habitaciones muy bien. Al salir al balcón sientes una paz que en ningún otro lugar... Nuestro agradecimiento al personal, muy agradables todos y en especial a Saskia, que habla varios idiomas, entre ellos español, nos atendió genial. Los cuatro días que hemos estado no lo olvidaremos nunca, acertamos de lleno con este hotel. Muchísimas gracias.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... El hotel ha superado las expectativas en todo. El desayuno excepcional, mejor que el de muchos 4 estrellas. El spa fantástico y muy completo. Y la amabilidad de cada uno de los trabajadores. Sobretodo las dos chicas de recepción que nos atendieron (una rubia y una morena). La habitación, aunque antigua, tenía dos baños y unas vistas al Mattheron preciosas. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Zermatt será a este hotel. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La relación calidad precio no puede ser mejor.

El Alpen Resort Hotel se encuentra a poca distancia de los remontes de Zermatt y ofrece restaurante y habitaciones amplias con TV por cable. Hay wifi gratis en todas las instalaciones. Todo me pareció excelente, súper increíble, la choca de la recepción “Julia” me dió un trato muy cordial y profesional, además que habla español 🤩

El hotel Bristol, de gestión familiar, se encuentra en una zona céntrica y tranquila de Zermatt, entre la estación de tren y el teleférico del Klein Matterhorn. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

A Perfect Stay Surrounded by Nature and Relaxation We stayed at this hotel to enjoy not only the beautiful natural surroundings but also the amazing spa. We had already visited the spa before, but this time, we decided to stay overnight – and it turned out to be an excellent idea! Unlimited access to the spa was a great bonus, and the tunnel connecting the hotel directly to the wellness area made everything so much easier. No need to worry about changing – bathrobes, towels, and slippers were all provided, allowing for complete relaxation. We especially loved the thermal pools with stunning views, the cozy atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the live music in the bar in the evening. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – delicious and with a great variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back!

The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk) 2. The room was very spacious and even had an extra bed with a small sun/moon roof window facing the Matterhorn Peak 3.
