Beautiful property with a gorgeous spacious room. The staff was very friendly (even with a little language barrier); they were super helpful and kind.

It is surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape with picturesque hiking trails and stunning ski resorts. The 5-star luxury resort offers its own thermal spring and a medical health centre. The spa facilities were exceptional and entirely our reason for coming. We also enjoyed the service and most particularly because we rolled up to the hotel in a cheap rental car, spilled into the lobby with our backpacks and our box of pizza, and the staff did not break stride. They greeted our Canadian casual with the same impeccable detail as they did the well dressed man in the Ferrari who arrived minutes later.

The year-round fitness centre with a spa section is directly connected to the Einstein Hotel and can be used free of charge (minimum age 14 years accompanied by parents or legal guardians.). It includes an extensive gym, indoor pool, steam and soft steam bath, sun beds, and a variety of massages and body treatments. I stayed at the hotel with two dogs. There was a large dog carpet and bowls waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable sleeping there. The hotel has a lovely fitness centre which I enjoyed working out in the morning. The breakfast was great and the service at the reception, restaurant and fitness centre was excellent. The room was clean, had a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, the shower was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and everything to make tea in the room.
