Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

The location was perfect and our balcony had the best view of Matterhorn. The apartment was very spacious and had all what we needed. The was very polite, helpful and hospitable. Excellent service. The pool was also an added comfort. It was properly maintained.

Nomad by CERVO Mountain Resort apresenta bicicletas gratuitas, piscina exterior, um jardim e terraço em Zermatt. I’d have to agree that this is the best hotel I’d ever been in Europe. 11/10! The staff went above and beyond, and all the amenities are worth it. Views are out of this world, heaven on earth.
