Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Heaven on Earth!! Perfect location, in the heart of the town and 5min walk to the ski lift. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, clean rooms and amazing facilities. We especially loved the breakfast buffet where you can make your own waffels and pancakes while enjoying the view of the Matterhorn. Will definitely be back. Higly recommend Hotel Bristol!!

The dutch owners are an amazing and caring couple, made our stay more personal with their good vibe. The breakfast and the coffee was plenty and delicious. The view is outstanding both from the room and the cantine. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt by car/train. We can't imagine a better place to stay!
